I love eating and making Danish pastries. I find the whole process of rolling and folding layer upon layer of buttery dough very relaxing and the delicious end product would make it all worth the effort, even if I didn't enjoy making them.
There's nothing I enjoy eating more than a hot crispy buttery Danish sourdough pastry, wrapped around something sweet or savoury to put me in the best mood, (although I do also love a tasty toasted brioche or a simple slice of sourdough bread too). Whether I'm making delicate looking tarts, or substantial rolls, stuffed with a variety of tasty treats to tantalise your taste buds, I'm always happy in my work.
To see what I have available each week, check out "The List" and go treat yourself to a little taste of heaven.
All basic pastry doughs are made using flour, sourdough, dairy free butter, dairy free milk, salt and sugar. Other ingredients are listed next to each item.
