Allergy information is displayed at all my events and I will discuss this in detail with you in person.  Below is a list of the ingredients I use which fall within the Food Standards Agency fourteen allergens to be made aware of.

Dairy is present in all of the pastries and brioche, and eggs are present in all brioche products.
